When you hear the name fritiboiii, you might think it’s just another handle floating around Instagram. But behind that name is Neil Xyrille I. Carbonel, a young creator from Tuguegarao City, Philippines, who turned a childhood love for fashion into a movement that’s catching serious attention.

Neil’s story started at just 13 years old, flipping through fashion magazines like they were holy books. Inspired, he began experimenting with outfits rocking styles in school that spoke louder than words. But when the pandemic hit, he found a new lane: launching his own photo and video production hustle. That grind not only kept him moving but also gave him a platform to flex his creativity. It wasn’t long before GMA Network, one of the biggest TV networks in the Philippines, spotted his work and sat him down for an interview to share his journey.

Even with all the momentum, Neil had to hit pause on fashion to chase another dream becoming an engineer. He locked in, finished college, passed his certification, and landed a supervisor job at just 22. That’s an accomplishment most would stop at but Neil’s heart kept calling him back to his first love: fashion.
So in February 2025, he decided to bet on himself and step fully into content creation. What started as sharing looks on Instagram quickly grew into something bigger. People resonated with his style, brands started tapping him for collabs, and opportunities rolled in from clothing promotions to essentials brands. He even got invited to the Balenciaga Couture Store for a private viewing and other exclusive events.
But Neil will be the first to tell you it hasn’t been easy. His biggest challenge hasn’t been the clothes, the shoots, or the grind it’s been protecting his mental well-being. The pressure to constantly deliver fresh, eye-catching content can be heavy, sometimes leading to burnout. But with time, he’s learned how to embrace the process and enjoy the journey without losing himself in it.
Looking back, Neil’s accomplishments paint a dope picture: a kid inspired by magazines, spotted by national TV, building brand partnerships, and balancing it all while holding down a professional career in engineering. His story is proof that you don’t have to choose between structure and creativity you can build a lane where both exist.
