As the ongoing beef between TI & 50 Cent continues to grow, Domani Harris, the Older son of Atlanta Hip Hop Legend T.I had some things to say to East Coast Hip Hop Legend Curtis Jackson also known by “50 Cent” for speaking on his family
Son of rapper T.I. and reality star LaShon Thompson, he’s built his own name while growing up in the spotlight. He’s been featured on VH1’s T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle and has grown a strong presence on Instagram, where he connects with over 1 million followers.
Back in 2020, T.I. called out 50 Cent for a Verzuz battle. During an interview on Million Dollars Worth of Game, Tip made it clear the whole idea was about celebrating each other’s catalogs, not competing. But when the invite reached 50, there was no response.
The Backstory behind what happened between 50 Cent & TI
During that same interview, T.I. explained that both he and 50 Cent were in Los Angeles at the same time when he first brought up the idea of doing a Verzuz.
Tip said he tried to make it happen, but when he started pushing it publicly, 50 didn’t respond which rubbed him the wrong way.
Not long after, T.I. dropped a track called War, sending a few subliminal shots toward 50 for ignoring the challenge.
When 50 finally spoke on it, he didn’t keep it friendly he took to social media, posted a picture of Tiny, and made it clear he wasn’t interested, telling Tip to keep his name out his mouth.
The situation quickly escalated within the Harris family. King Harris took to Instagram, firing back at 50 Cent with disrespectful remarks aimed at his late mother. Meanwhile, Domani responded in his own way, adding a track called "Fire Bug" to his latest project "The Hot Seat" that many took as a direct response to the situation.
