In the heart of Orlando, Florida, where the streets can make or break you, a young visionary by the name of SHARD WAYZ chose to rise, grind, and build his own lane. “I’m the founder and owner of the clothing brand BEWAREWAYZ,” he says with pride. “I don’t go by the brand name it stands on its own but I represent the vision behind it.”

The City That Built the Hustle

Growing up in Orlando wasn’t always palm trees and peace. The environment was a mix of opportunity and chaos a place where young Black men often find themselves walking a tightrope between survival and success. For SHARD, that tension was fuel.

“Orlando had its challenges,” he admits. “It’s the kind of place where you see a lot of different paths people can take, and not all of them lead to the right outcome. That environment forced me to focus and move smart.”

That focus birthed a mindset — one rooted in awareness, wisdom, and resilience. It’s exactly what BEWAREWAYZ stands for.

“It’s about being aware, moving wisely, and carving out your own lane.”

From Vision to Venture

The story of BEWAREWAYZ started back in 2020, when most teens were adjusting to pandemic life and scrolling TikTok. SHARD was on something different. He had a vision to create a streetwear brand that hit different not just in design, but in meaning.

“I didn’t have a team, I didn’t have money, and I didn’t have a clear plan,” he reflects. “But I was determined. I learned everything on the go from designing pieces to marketing them online.”

Mistakes were made, lessons were learned, but every misstep became a stepping stone. The brand evolved. The grind got deeper. The hustle got smarter. Today, BEWAREWAYZ is more than clothes it’s a culture.

“We’re creating pieces that nobody has ever seen in their life.”

The Struggle That Shaped the Vision

Building something from nothing isn’t just a phrase it’s the real-life story behind every late night, every missed opportunity, and every moment of doubt. For SHARD, the biggest challenge was doing it all on his own.

“There were times I had to figure out everything by myself,” he says. “Late nights, trial and error, pushing through the doubt but it taught me to be resourceful, to stay focused.”

That relentless drive is what’s turned BEWAREWAYZ into a brand that not only looks fresh but feels authentic.

Major Moves and Milestones

What started as a concept in SHARD’s mind has turned into something that’s catching real attention. Rappers like Lil Crix (Kodak Black’s artist), Lil Double 0 (Future’s artist), and YTBFatt (MoneyBagg Yo’s artist) have all tapped in. Influencers, comedians, and big-name streetwear owners like Caprice are rocking with the movement too.

“That’s huge for me,” SHARD says. “But it’s not just about who’s wearing it it’s about the people who believe in the vision.”

Every drop is more than fashion it’s proof that the grind is working. The BEWAREWAYZ community is growing, and so is SHARD’s empire. Along with his clothing lines, he owns a car wash/detail business, a car/Airbnb rental company, and he’s laying the foundation for even more ventures.

Still Just the Beginning for Shard Wayz

And don’t forget this young CEO is still a teenager.

“I’m only 16, turning 17. God is great,” he says. “I’m working on getting a big warehouse for BEWAREWAYZ, and I can’t wait to start investing in land and property. It’s gonna be crazy.”

There’s a certain energy that surrounds SHARDWAYZ that rare mix of hunger, humility, and vision. He’s not waiting for a handout. He’s building from the ground up. And every stitch of his clothing, every dollar he reinvests, every connection he builds it’s all part of a bigger plan.

“Building all this at my age shows that hard work and vision really pay off,” he says. “And I’m just getting started.
